And here’s another photo we found today — by Flickr user Yavelberg — taken during this past Friday’s PechaKucha Night in Gainesville Vol. 3. The event was held at Volta Coffee, Tea & Chocolate, and as you can see, even the staff was taking in the presentations. You’ll find the full list of presenters on the official event page.

A tranquil swampy landscape sets a reflexive tone — at least according to the poster — for next week’s PechaKucha Night in Gainesville Vol. 3. It all happens January 29 at Volta Coffee and Tea — you’ll find the list of presenters on the official event page.

The city of Gainesville is all over the news right now — and not for pleasant reasons — but we do have a second PechaKucha Night to look forward to, set to happen September 24 at Volta Coffee & Tea.

The first PechaKucha Night in Gainesville may have come and gone — it was held this past Friday, on what we’re hoping was a very lucky August 13 — but we still wanted to share the great poster that was produced for the event. Nothing like a good hit of Kodak slide nostalgia. Here’s also a piece about PKN’s debut in Gainesville, from The Gainesville Sun.
