    This is the most repulsive kind of lame effort to help people in need.

    You couldn’t help doing some advertising about your own business while at it?
    “… has built a reputation as one of the most influential creative agencies in the country, with a team of rising-star designers that includes two recipients of the prestigious Art Directors Club “Young Guns” award.”

    I think I’m going to be sick.

    @Anonymous Anders
    The author of this post – the organisers of Pecha Kucha, Klein Dytham Architects – are not advertising their own business. They were thanking the design firm Studio One who provided the identity for a global fundraising effort.

    Please read the post before you flame next time.

    I got very excited about participating in Pecha Kucha. However I do agree that the logo has nothing to do with Haiti and does not reflect the haitian culture. I have been deeply affected by this tragedy and have lived through many events within Haiti and know the extent of the damages and suffering that my people are now going through and sincerely feel that a genuine reflection of who haitian people are and what reconstruction means to us should be captured in the ideas that are beeing proposed.
