PechaKucha Night had its debut in Huancayo earlier this month, and from what we hear, it was a great launch. Organizer Robhert J. Pimentel Sulca sends in this report.
The first volume of PechaKucha Night Huancayo, in Peru, was a success. We got professionals, entrepreneurs and students who talked about different and interesting topics. For example, Sandro Bossio talked about Old Huancayo in 20 views; Romy Chavez talked about an environmental crisis in Huancayo and solutions; Josué Gabriel talked about “Hawapacha” (The Outside World); and Nilo Inga talked about movies in Peru… and these are just four of the ten presenters.
