Cleveland is celebrating its PechaKucha Night one year anniversary tomorrow night (September 25), and it’s doing so by way of a very special venue: the catacombs and entire span of the subway/streetcar level of the Detroit Superior Bridge (Veteran’s Memorial Bridge)!
