It may be a bit early to announce, but PechaKucha Night is set to return to Dortmund for a fourth edition in October — on Halloween Day no less — at the same venue as Vol. 3 (DEW 21 Customer Service Center). The real reason for the post is because we dig the photo the organizers used to make the announcement.
