I think its great that something like this is happening in Southend. I used to live there and recently paid a flying visit after moving to the USA, 6 years ago. I was dissapointed in what I saw and hope that this will give the twon the “shot-in-the-arm” it so rightly desveres.
Well, we’d certainly love PKN to contribute to some sort of creative explosion in the city!
